Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Rug Match mobile game ("the Game") and this website, developed by Enes BOZKURT, handle data.

1. Data we collect

The Game has no server of its own. Your progress (levels, gold, gems, lives, settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to us. We do not collect personal data such as your name, email or location.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game shows ads through Google AdMob to stay free. AdMob may process data such as the device advertising identifier (if you allow it), IP address, device and app information and ad interactions to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud. Details: How Google uses information from partner sites.

  • EEA, UK and Switzerland: your consent for personalised ads is requested on first launch. You can change it at any time in Settings → Ad privacy settings.
  • iPhone and iPad: permission to use your advertising identifier is requested (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads are shown without personalisation and the whole game remains playable.
  • Children: the Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. All players only see general-audience ads; gambling, alcohol and sexual content ads are blocked.

The "Remove Ads" purchase or the monthly subscription turns off banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are always optional.

3. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Your purchase history is read from the store only to restore your entitlements.

4. Game Center (iPhone and iPad)

Apple Game Center is used for the leaderboard. If you are signed in, the number of completed levels is sent to Apple and may appear on the leaderboard with your Game Center name, subject to Apple's privacy policy.

5. Notifications

If you allow it, the Game schedules reminders on your device (for example when your lives are full or a daily gift is waiting). These are created locally; no notification data is sent to us.

6. This website

rugmatch.app does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. The browser demo remembers your language and sound choice in your browser's local storage. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

7. Your rights

You may contact us to exercise your rights under GDPR, KVKK and similar laws (access, correction, deletion, objection). Because game data is stored only on your device, deleting the Game deletes it. You can also use the controls offered by Google for ads and by Apple or Google for purchases and Game Center.

Bu politika, Enes BOZKURT tarafından geliştirilen Rug Match mobil oyununun ("Oyun") ve bu web sitesinin hangi verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar.

1. Bizim topladığımız veriler

Oyunun kendi sunucusu yoktur. Oyun ilerlemeniz (bölümler, altın, elmas, canlar, ayarlar) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve bize gönderilmez. Adınız, e-postanız veya konumunuz gibi kişisel verileri biz toplamayız.

2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Oyun, ücretsiz kalabilmek için Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. AdMob; cihaz reklam kimliği (izin verdiyseniz), IP adresi, cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri, reklam etkileşimleri gibi verileri reklam göstermek, ölçmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek için işleyebilir.   • Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre: kişiselleştirilmiş reklamlar için ilk açılışta onayınız istenir. Onayınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik ayarları bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz.
  • iPhone ve iPad: reklam kimliğinizin kullanılması için izin istenir (App Tracking Transparency). İzin vermezseniz reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden gösterilir; oyunun tamamı yine oynanabilir.
  • Çocuklar: Oyun 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz. Tüm oyunculara yalnızca genel kitleye uygun reklamlar gösterilir; kumar, alkol ve cinsel içerikli reklamlar engellenmiştir.

"Reklamları Kaldır" satın alımı veya aylık abonelik ile banner ve geçiş reklamları kapanır. Ödüllü reklamlar her zaman isteğe bağlıdır.

3. Satın almalar

Uygulama içi satın almalar Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Satın alma geçmişiniz yalnızca haklarınızı geri yüklemek için mağazadan okunur.

4. Game Center (iPhone ve iPad)

Sıralama tablosu için Apple Game Center kullanılır. Game Center'a giriş yaptıysanız tamamladığınız bölüm sayısı Apple'a gönderilir ve Game Center oyuncu adınızla sıralamada görünebilir. Bu, Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

5. Bildirimler

İzin verirseniz Oyun, cihazınızda hatırlatmalar planlar (örneğin canlarınız dolduğunda ya da günlük hediye beklediğinde). Bunlar cihazda oluşturulur; bildirim verisi bize gönderilmez.

6. Bu web sitesi

rugmatch.app çerez, analiz veya reklam kullanmaz. Tarayıcı demosu dil ve ses tercihinizi tarayıcınızın yerel deposunda hatırlar. Yazı tipleri Google Fonts'tan yüklenir; Google bunları iletmek için IP adresinizi alır.

7. Haklarınız

KVKK, GDPR ve benzeri mevzuat kapsamındaki haklarınız (bilgi alma, düzeltme, silme, itiraz) için bize ulaşabilirsiniz. Oyun verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda olduğu için oyunu silmeniz bu verileri de siler. Reklam verileri için Google'ın, satın alma ve Game Center verileri için Apple veya Google'ın sunduğu kontrolleri de kullanabilirsiniz.
